Vineyards
The vineyard of Husi city covers about 3.000 Ha of grapes with a medium production of 10.000 Kg/ha. The quality of the products has registered a constant improvement, and the wine products are superior, as price and quality too. Metaphorically speaking, the blazon of flavored Muscat wine, rose-colored, with organoleptic characteristics and completely optimized wine is being assigned to the triumphant premium wine Busuioaca de Bohotin - Husi. Its only poetic and philosophic drawback is stated in these lines: "Busuioaca-Bohotina/ So divinely flavored/ `n so lightly colored/ In our shortly living/ That not ceases wasting/ Youre such a miracle/ So rapidly drinkable! Nor the ancestral Zghihara of Husi was forgotten. Even if it is known as the wine of the house, this worthy wine, provider of the euphoria of a long hour consumption without second effects, has benefit of the new ennoblement technology and stabilization. This wine is also the raw material for the Champagne (Sparkling Wine of Husi). The Champagne is, therefore, different, as it pearls (froths) in glasses 15 minutes of "brilliants and delight
The products of the Vineyard meet are every time higher appreciated by the consumers, fact proved by over 100 trophy-medals and honors acquired in wine competitions either county, zonal or national competitions. Most of the obtained medals are, naturally, won by the wines Busuioaca de Bohotin, Feteasca Regala, Feteasca alba, Muscat Ottonel and Feteasca neagra, and last but not least, by the cognacs and the Champagne of Husi. Even the cognac (the burnt wine) has its roots in the acidulated wine of Zghihara. It also acquired new "points" in authenticity and velvety, disposing of its own privileged premium brand. Moreover, white wines, of extra quality like: Feteasca alba and Feteasca Regala were "polished" and enriched as quality, being worthy wines due to their legendary sonority and delicacy.
During its existence, the Vineyard of Husi city has been visited by many personalities from our country or from aboard, that praised the quality of the vineyard s products through an important number of written appreciations.
